Call for Proposals — 2026 Build Green Symposium
The call for proposals for the 2026 Build Green Symposium is now open! We’re seeking bold ideas, innovative practices, and diverse voices from across industry, community, academia, and policy that demonstrate how collaboration can accelerate Canada’s transition to a green and inclusive construction economy.
Hosted by the Toronto Community Benefits Network (TCBN), the Build Green Symposium will convene employers, unions, training institutions, policymakers, and community leaders to explore the intersection of workforce development, climate action, and equitable economic growth.
We invite proposals for panels, workshops, lightning talks, and interactive sessions that highlight:
- Sustainable building innovations and low-carbon construction
- Green jobs and workforce pathways that advance equity and inclusion
- Community-led climate action and local solutions
- Public policy, partnerships, and investment strategies that drive systemic change
- Emerging technologies and materials in the green economy
This full-day, high-impact event will take place on February 25, 2026 in Toronto, Ontario. Join us in shaping a greener and more inclusive future for Canada’s construction sector.
